BOOKING FEE

All services require a booking fee at time of booking. Please note this booking fee will be applied towards the total balance of your service. The remainder balance is due on the day of your service. All BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RESCHEDULES

Each booking fee is honored with one rescheduling opportunity. Please try to provide me with a 48 hour notice to reschedule. Failure to provide a minimum 48 hour notice will forfeit your booking fee/deposit. A new booking fee/deposit will be required to book a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be fully charged for the service booked on the card on file.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Arriving late to your appointment is strongly discouraged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your visit, and you will lose your deposit.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Cash is preferred.

NO GUESTS PLEASE

The waiting area is for clients only, friends and family must wait for you outside during your procedure. If you need someone to accompany you due to health or mobility concerns, please advise prior to your appointment in order to accommodate seating.

NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED.

ALTERATIONS AND TOUCH UPS 

We will discuss shape, design and method of the procedure together before we begin. Any changes or adjustments made after you have left the studio will result in booking a new appointment at an additional cost.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE

Any serious medical conditions should be discussed with your doctor PRIOR to booking your appointment. Be prepared with written consent from your doctor stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. LP Beauty will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during the appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Procedure cannot be performed on skin surfaces where sunburn, rash, infection, open lesions, or other questionable skin lesions exist and will not be performed on any person who is impaired by drugs or alcohol.  Per the State of IllinoisAny body artist can refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason.
